The Basic Wheel

Price includes Ball bearings on wheel axle, bronze bearings on the double treadles, Teflon bobbin bearings. Fancy threading hook included.

Standard Features include:

• Left or Right side positioning of Flyer (can be changed over in minutes!).

• Comfortable positioning of flyer threading eye.

• Accelerator head assembly to "pump-up" the 17 1/2 to 18 inch (size varies a bit) drive wheel

• Easy to use tensioner for accelerator wheel drive belt (urethane drive belt).

• Traditional drive band connects the accelerator wheel to the flyer

• Tensioning for double drive take up is easy to reach, and use.

• On-board threading hook storage

• 2 bobbin on-board storage (3 bobbins total, come standard)

• Double drive and scotch tension set-up

Flyer Specifications
The flyer is double drive but comes standard with Scotch tensioning for converting to single drive use

Whorls
Whorl ratios   (10:1-11:1), (12:1-15:1) (16:1-18:1)

Threading eye
• 3/8" inside diameter orifice is standard with all wheels and is suitable for medium and fine yarns
